Fried Shiping tofu
Introduction:
Douping bean curd is a wonderful flower of Chinese food culture. Its uniqueness lies in the use of natural well water (commonly known as "sour water") in Shiping, Yunnan Province as coagulant, which is rich in nutrition and does not contain any harmful substances. It's amazing that this kind of "sour water" can't make tofu without Shiping. Some people used this "sour water" to invite Shiping's master to order tofu in other places, but they failed to do so many times. Some people joked that Shiping tofu is a patent that can't be taken away. Shiping tofu is still a good gift for distant relatives
Production steps:
Step 2: cut the tofu into 1cm cubes.
Step 2: heat up the frying pan, add the cooking oil and heat it to 70% heat. Deep fry the tofu until it is bubbly and yellowish. Remove.
Step 3: wash coriander and cut into sections.
Step 4: put the fried bean curd into a small basin, and put the cut coriander section into it.
Step 5: add salt, powder monosodium glutamate, paste chili powder.
Step 6: add appropriate amount of green pepper powder.
Step 7: put in about a spoonful of soy sauce, then lift the small basin with both hands, stir the tofu and seasoning evenly.
Materials required:
Shiping tofu: about 360g (one piece)
Edible oil: right amount
Salt: right amount
Coriander: moderate
Paste chili powder: appropriate amount
Pepper powder: right amount
Powder MSG: right amount
Soy sauce: moderate
Note: 1, pepper must use paste pepper, if you can't buy paste pepper, you can use a small fire to stir fry pepper, and then mash. 2. Because of the need for free pumping, the amount of salt should be less.
