Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: soak and wash Xueer hair in advance.
Step 2: soak and wash black fungus.
Step 3: put black fungus into hot water and blanch for 2 minutes.
Step 4: blanch the snow ear, too.
Step 5: put the boiled fungus and Auricularia auricula together and rinse with cold water several times.
Step 6: add appropriate amount of salt.
Step 7: add a little sugar.
Step 8: add appropriate amount of vinegar.
Step 9: pour in sesame oil.
Step 10: add the right amount of chili oil and stir all seasonings evenly.

Note: cooked ears should be rinsed in cold water for several times to taste good. Ice water is better if there is ice water.
