Introduction:

Garlic: 2 cloves

Sugar: 1 / 2 tsp

Cooking wine: 2 tbsp

Soy sauce: 1 / 2 tbsp

Chicken essence: a little

Salt: right amount

Note: 1, the pigskin has been cooked, carrots and shallots are easy to cook materials, so this dish is suitable for fire quick fry; 2, when cooking pigskin, you can put some cooking wine and ginger to taste; 3, I take care of the taste of the elderly here, put less pepper, like pepper can put more pepper, taste will be more fragrant.
