Dayushan Island, xiaotianhu

Tianhu and xiaotianhu are two alpine lakes on the island. They are located on the top of Tianhu mountain, more than 20 kilometers away from Mazu village of Dayu mountain. One is big and the other is small. The mountain is about 500 meters high. The area of Datian lake is more than 1000 mu. The area of Xiaotian lake is more than 200 mu. The two lakes are more than 1000 meters apart. There are springs at the bottom of the lake. The water is clear and sweet all the year round. It is a natural high-quality mineral water with fitness effect. The hillside around the lake is gentle, with 10000 mu of grassland distributed around it. It is an excellent natural pasture, known as the "Southern Tianshan". There are many wild turtles around the lake. The blue sky, white clouds, red sun, bright moon and the surrounding green mountains are reflected in the lake, forming a beautiful "Pan shadow" landscape.

Traffic information: after getting on the island, you can buy a ticket 100 meters in front of the wharf (Yushan passenger station) and take a bus to Tianhu scenic spot, or take a bus to the ticket office of zaoao village to buy a ticket and take a bus to Tianhu scenic spot

Ticket information: Yushan Island Tianhu scenic spot ticket 40 yuan + up and down the mountain tour bus transfer 15 yuan.

Free policy: children under 1.2 and senior citizens over 70 years old with valid certificates are free of charge of Tianhu tickets; (but tourist bus tickets should be purchased)

Preferential policies: children under 1.2-1.5 and full-time students with student ID card enjoy half price discount of Tianhu tickets, and children under 1.5 enjoy half price discount of tourist bus.
