Lanxiu Garden

Lanxiu park is located on the Bank of Wenxing bridge on the West Bank of South Lake in Jiaxing. It is a cultural relics and stele park built in Jiaxing in recent years. Lanxiu garden is centered on the stele corridor, with an ancient building in the West. It has a memorial room for the famous painter Pu Hua (also known as PU Zhuying, born in Jiaxing, a calligrapher and painter in the late Qing Dynasty, and the founder of the maritime painting school). Lanxiu garden, with "Wenxing bridge" and "fanggu Street" as the center, is divided into South Garden and North Garden. The North Garden was completed and opened to the public in May 1994, while the South Garden is under planning. The west side of the North Garden is symmetrical with the central axis, with a four entrance courtyard style, and the east side is a free and open garden layout. There are 270 meters of stele corridor in the park, inlaid with 95 inscriptions of all ages.

Nanhu community, Jiaxing

Jiaxing, formerly known as Xiuzhou and Xiushui, got its name from "Xiushui meets hudu in the East, controls Yuxi in the west, and owns its own show in the front" (general records of Zhejiang). On both sides of Lanxiu garden, there are carved stones of "Qingyi Pavilion", "Tingyun Pavilion" and "xiaolingjiu mountain Pavilion". Among them, there are 84 stone inscriptions in Jiaxing, hand-painted "Guanyin on the sea" stone inscriptions by Wu Daozi in Tang Dynasty, and steles of Jiaxing Road manager Fu Xue rebuilt in Yuan Dynasty, all of which are written by famous calligraphers and painters such as Wen Zhengming, Zhao Zhiqian, he Shaoji, Wu Changshuo and Ren Bonian. In the octagonal pavilion at the east end of Wuqu corridor, there is also a 2.8-meter-high and 1.3-meter-wide stele named "Jiaxing Fu Xue rebuilt Ming Lun Tang Ji" by Dong Qichang. It was carved in 1611, the 39th year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty. The inscription is fluent, complete in one stroke, elegant in style, simple and unrestrained, which can be regarded as a masterpiece.

The eastern side of the stele corridor is the garden area, with Lingxiang Pavilion, Sanguo Pavilion, fishing pool, etc. Sanguoting was built to commemorate Su Dongpo's visit to benjue temple in Jiaxing. It was originally built in Doumen Town, Xiuzhou District. It has been rebuilt in recent years. The stele of sanguotang is preserved in the stele Gallery in the south of the pavilion. To the southeast of the stele corridor is the Lingxiang Pavilion, which is exposed to the architecture of Ming Dynasty. When you climb the pavilion, you can see the misty rain on the South Lake and the small Yingzhou hidden by green trees.

Wenxing bridge in the east of Lanxiu garden is a stone ring bridge with three holes. It was built in the sixth year of Tongzhi reign of Qing Dynasty. It has a span of 38 meters, a width of 3.5 meters and 50 steps. Between Qiaotu North Garden and South Garden is a Ming and Qing architectural street. All the buildings are relocated from the urban area. There are famous specialty and tourist products stores in Jiaxing on the street.

There are three entrances in Lanxiu garden. The first entrance is the hall. The second entrance is shuixuan, and the third entrance is connected by a small bridge. The third entrance hall is a five bay antique building with a memorial room for the famous painter Pu Hua (also known as PU Zhuying, calligrapher and painter of the late Qing Dynasty, founder of the maritime school). On the 250 meter long corridor of Steles in the garden, there are 94 pieces of Steles in Jiaxing, including "Qingyi Pavilion stone carving", "Tingyun Pavilion paste", "xiaolingjiu mountain Pavilion painting chant", hand painted Guanyin portrait stone carving of Wu Daozi in Tang Dynasty, rebuilding Jiaxing Road manager's mansion in Yuan Dynasty, and other exquisite works by Wen Zhengming, Zhao Ziqian, he Shaoji, Wu Changshuo and Ren Bonian A beautiful scenery. In the octagonal pavilion at the east end of Wuqu corridor, there is a 2.8-meter-high and 1.3-meter-wide stele written by Dong Qichang, inscribed in 1611, the 39th year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty. It is characterized by fluent writing, combined command, elegant style and simple style. On the east side of the stele corridor is the garden area. A double-layer ancient building, Lingxiang Pavilion, on the top of Xieshan mountain, is particularly dignified. It echoes with the ancient Wenxing bridge outside the garden, forming a harmonious picture of Jiangnan Water Town. Between the North Garden and the South Garden (under construction) of Lanxiu garden is an ancient building street.

Lanxiu garden is located in the west of Jiaxing South Lake, covering an area of more than 11300 square meters. The name of Lanxiu garden comes from the general annals of Zhejiang Province: "Xiushui meets hudu in the East, Yuxi in the west, jingdai District, and takes its own show". It is a theme park of cultural relics and inscriptions in Nanhu scenic area. Many inscriptions in lanxiuyuan are made by famous calligraphers and painters such as Wen Zhengming, Zhao Zhiqian, he Shaoji, Wu Changshuo, Ren Bonian, etc. they are of great value for historical research and art appreciation. Among them, Wu Daozi's hand-painted "Guanyin on the sea" stone inscription in Tang Dynasty is natural and lifelike, and Dong Qichang, a great calligrapher in Ming Dynasty, has written a total of 1 inscription With more than 100 words, fluent brushwork and elegant style, Lanxiu garden can be called the treasure of Zhenyuan. Its unique stele inscriptions contain deep connotations of history, culture and art. It is a key cultural relic protection unit in Jiaxing.

Lanxiu garden in Urumqi, Xinjiang

From the Hongshan hillside of Hongshan Park, there is a cable car connecting Lanxiu park. The tourism location of Lanxiu park is excellent: on the left side of the main entrance is Hongshan shopping mall, one of the top ten shopping malls in Urumqi; on the right side are Urumqi Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and Xinjiang Airlines Business office; on the opposite side, from right to left are China Southern Airlines business office, peacock building, Northwest Airlines business office, Huadu Hotel, Hongshan post office and Bank of China Bank of China Xinjiang branch.
