Xu Daqing, male, Han nationality, was born in September 1964 in Xinjin, Sichuan Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in November 1984 and began to work in July 1987. He graduated from the school of Business Administration of Liaoning University with a master's degree in economics and a bachelor's degree in philosophy.
