Production steps:
Step 1: steaming yam taro (chopsticks can pierce through).
Step 2: after steaming, put it in the fresh-keeping bag and press it into mud.
Step 3: add water to red beans and cook them into bean stuffing. Add Hongtang to taste.
Step 4: wash raisins, almonds and medlar.
Step 5: mix well with yam taro paste.

Step 7: press taro into skin, spread it at the bottom of bowl, and put bean stuffing in the middle.
