Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: remove the seeds of the pepper and cut it into pieces. Marinate the chicken wings for more than half an hour with two to three tbsp soy sauce, one tbsp sugar, one tbsp shrimp sauce and half of the pepper
Step 2: put the marinated chicken wings in a 170 degree oven and bake for 20-25 minutes
Step 3: prepare the materials for fried rice
Step 4: put onion and carrot in the pot and fry for 2 to 3 minutes
Step 5: add minced garlic, minced ginger and minced pepper and stir fry until fragrant
Step 6: add rice
Step 7: add the cabbage, stir fry until the cabbage is cooked, then add two tbsp soy sauce, one tbsp brown sugar, salt seasoning
Step 8: fry a sun egg
Step 9: put the cooked fried rice, roasted chicken wings and sun egg on the plate

Carrot: half a stick
Chinese cabbage: moderate
Pepper: 1
Onion: right amount
Ginger: right amount
Garlic: right amount
Soy sauce: moderate
Shrimp sauce: 1 tsp

Salt: right amount
Sugar: 1 tbsp
Note: chicken wings can be replaced by chicken legs, like to eat spicy can add more pepper.
