Shredded lettuce
Introduction:
"Lettuce was originally meant to be eaten raw. Sometimes when I bought it home, I would take two snails with me, so I didn't dare to eat it raw. That is to say, I used salt to soak it. I carefully picked it many times, but I still didn't feel at ease. So I always fried it. Today, I changed my appearance and boiled it with water before I mixed it. It's also very good."
