Production steps:

Step 2: tear the washed lettuce by hand.

Step 3: boil a pot of boiling water, add salad oil, put the torn lettuce into the pot to blanch, quickly, turn over the pot and turn off the fire.

Step 4: take out the pot and cool it.

Step 5: roll the cooked peanuts with a rolling pin, chop the garlic, put the lettuce in a bowl after it is too cold, and add salt and sugar oyster sauce.

Step 6: pour peanuts and garlic.

Step 7: start another pot, pour oil and heat.
