Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: raw materials as shown in the picture: shrimp, fresh ginger, green onion, cooking wine, fresh shellfish sauce.

Step 2: cut the shrimp from the back and remove the thread.

Step 3: add salt, sugar, cooking wine, fresh shellfish sauce and ginger slices to the shrimp and marinate for 30 minutes

Step 4: add scallion in wok and stir fry until fragrant.

Step 5: pour the shrimp and the pickled juice into the frying pan and simmer until the soup is dry.
