Steamed bread with hat
Introduction:
"The single picture of a hat is the most satisfactory one I've ever taken since I made the recipe. It feels a little three-dimensional."
Production steps:
Step 1: steam the pumpkin, peel it and stir it into mud
Step 2: pumpkin puree, yeast and noodle
Step 3: knead into dough
Step 4: cut noodles like dumplings
Step 5: roll one tablet into a piece; knead another tablet into a ball; and knead the third tablet into a long strip.
Step 6: put the round dough on the sheet shaped dough and circle it with long noodles.
Step 7: carve a bow with a mold
Step 8: if you don't have a mold, you can use chopsticks to hold a bow (this is another flat top hat)
