Production steps:

Materials required:

Low gluten powder: 195g

Yolks: 3

Butter: 80g

Milk powder: 12g

Raisins: 80g

Fine granulated sugar: 70g

Note: your size is 4.5 * 3, I prefer 4 * 3 module. When beating the yolk, beat until the yolk and butter are completely mixed, and then add the next yolk. The butter should be thick and puffy.
