Steamed buns with sweet potato noodles

Steamed buns with sweet potato noodles

Introduction:

"I haven't eaten for three days. I use my mobile phone to check the menu every day. I suddenly think that the gluttonous force of steamed stuffed buns is coming up. I drag my boring body to get up and make steamed buns!! It's a hard life

Production steps:

Step 1: mix the sweet potato flour and sweet potato flour, add warm water with yeast and form a dough (the ratio of sweet potato flour to flour is 4:6) and put it in a warm place

Step 2: rub the carrot with shredded Auricularia auricula, fully soak the hair, cut it into shreds, mix the minced green onion, ginger and all the seasonings with the pork stuffing (you can add some ginger juice), marinate for a while, and wait for the noodles to ferment

Step 3: when the dough is ready, put it on the panel. After a while, divide it into small dough of similar size and start to wrap it. Because there are too many sweet potato noodles, I roll the dough into small cakes with thick middle and thin edge, and then put the meat stuffing in and wrap it

Step 4: in the end, the only thing left is steaming. Add proper amount of cold water into the pot, then put on the drawer, spread the wet cloth, put the wrapped bun on the pot and open the fire. When the pot comes to the atmosphere, start counting for about 40 minutes (the process of steaming is full of fire! Calculate the time according to the size of steamed buns. The time of big steamed buns is longer, and that of small steamed buns is shorter.)
