Step 1: add sugar and salt to the flour
Step 2: add vegetable oil, the original formula is 80g, I don't bother to weigh, change the amount of spoon, about 100ml
Step 3: maybe it's because the amount of vegetable oil is different from that of the original formula, so my dough is very loose and can't be kneaded into a dough, so I simply add an egg liquid
Step 4: knead into smooth dough, cover with plastic film and relax for 20 minutes
Step 5: divide into small dosage forms (about 20 pieces) and rub into long strips
Step 6: arrange it into the shape of fingers, press a hazelnut on the top (the original formula is peeled almond, I don't use hazelnut at home), use a scraper to press out a few lines at the joints, and the feeling of fingers will be immediately felt. I feel a bit scared when I do it
Step 7: put it on the oiled paper baking plate, 175 degrees, middle layer, 25 minutes (please adjust the time according to your oven), come out of the oven, and spread some ketchup on your nails.
