Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: pretreat the stone chicken, wash it and cut it into pieces.
Step 2: add appropriate amount of salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate, Zanthoxylum powder and wheat starch into the stone chicken, stir well and refine for 20 minutes.
Step 3: start the oil pot, add lard, rapeseed oil, green onion and ginger, boil with proper amount of water, and then add the stone chicken in 2.
