Production steps:
Step 1: cut chicken leg into small pieces, add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, starch, soy sauce, pepper, ginger and marinate for half an hour.
Step 2: cut potatoes and carrots into small pieces, and cut onion into small pieces.
Step 3: prepare the curry and milk.
Step 4: prepare onion, ginger, garlic, coriander and scallion.
Step 5: heat oil, saute onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant.
Step 6: put the marinated chicken into the pot, stir fry over high heat for a few minutes, and then remove.
Step 7: put the onion powder into the hot oil pot and saute until fragrant. At the same time, add appropriate amount of salt.
Step 8: put potatoes and carrots into the pot and stir fry for a few minutes.
Step 9: add the right amount of boiling water (soup is better), add curry, chicken, add the right amount of salt, chicken essence, soy sauce seasoning. Bring to a boil over high heat and turn to medium heat. Cook until the ingredients are soft and the soup is thick (about 10 minutes). Pour in the milk and stir well.
