Production steps:
Step 1: wash the scallops in half, blanch the vermicelli, pat the garlic and chop it up
Step 2: add a little salad oil to the frying pan, pour garlic into the pan at 6 or 7 minutes, stir fry a few times, add salt, Lee Kam Kee steamed fish, soy sauce and a little water, turn off the heat after the soup is boiled
Step 3: put vermicelli on top of each scallop first, then put fried garlic and soy sauce (as shown in the figure below), then put them into the steamer, open fire and steam them
