Yulinzi Town, subordinate to Zhengning County, Qingyang City, Gansu Province, is located in the west of Zhengning County, adjacent to Yongzheng Township in the East, Yonghe town in the south, Gonghe town in the west, and Pingzi town in Ningxian County across the ditch in the north, with a total administrative area of 93.7 square kilometers.

In October 1949, yulinzi township was set up; in January 1985, yulinzi town was changed. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Yulin town was 34914. In June 2020, yulinzi town governs 1 community and 12 administrative villages.
