Xingfa Miao Yi Hui Township, belonging to Hezhang County, Bijie City, Guizhou Province, is located in the southeast of Hezhang County. It borders Songlinpo Bai Yi Miao Township in the East, Zhijie Yi Miao Township in the south, Zhushi Yi Township and shuitangbao Yi Miao Township in the west, Baiguo Town, Guda Miao Yi Township and Weishe Township in the north, with an administrative area of 187.59 square kilometers.

During the Warring States period, it was under the jurisdiction of Yelang; in January 1992, Xingfa Miao Yi Hui Township was set up. As of June 2020, Xingfa Miao Yi Hui Township has jurisdiction over 5 communities and 11 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is stationed in Xingfa community.

History of construction

During the Warring States period, it was under the jurisdiction of Yelang.

During the Qin and Han Dynasties, it belonged to Hanyang county.

In the period of the Republic of China, it belonged to Weining County; in the thirtieth year of the Republic of China (1941), it belonged to Hezhang of Weining County.

In 1950, it belonged to the Second District of Xingfa in Hezhang County (including the part of gudajiu district at that time).

In March 1953, Guda district was separated and Xingfa district was established.

In September 1961, the government of Xingfa district set up Xingfa commune.

In March 1984, it was changed to Xingfa township.

In January 1992, Xingfa Miao Yi Hui Township was set up.
