Chenpeng Township
ChenPeng township is located in the southeast of Xi county, 29 kilometers away from the county. Huaihe River flows to the northeast along the south boundary and southeast edge of the rural area, passing through Yanwan and Yimiao village to Changling Township, with a length of 11 kilometers. The township is 8 kilometers long from east to west and 7 kilometers wide from north to south, in the shape of a flat garden. National Highway 106 runs through the north and south, and Huangchuan Xincai highway passes through. The total area is 51.04 square kilometers (2017). The township governs 10 administrative villages (Chenpeng village, Chenxiang village, Zhangtang village, ludianzi village, Wanglin village, yelou village, raozhuang village, Huadian village, Yanwan village and Yimiao Village), 141 villager groups with 33104 people (2017).

ChenPeng township is located in Huaibei plain, with flat terrain, inclined from northwest to Southeast. Five villages in the South and Southeast belong to Huaihe Bay, relatively low-lying; five villages in the north belong to plain, with high terrain, average altitude of 37 meters, mild climate, abundant rainfall, moderate cold and warm, fertile land, suitable for the growth of a variety of crops.

With the development of the new socialist countryside, the area of Chenpeng town has gradually expanded, and a road network of 6 vertical and 7 horizontal has been formed, with the built-up area of 3 square kilometers. The central market town is 3km away from luohuai road and Xinfu Expressway under construction. Planning and construction
At the end of 2003, the state implemented the post disaster reconstruction project of Huaihe River beach area. According to the plan, all the residents below the 10-year flood line in Chenpeng Township were relocated. According to the field survey, 125 villager groups of 10 villages with 26496 people met the relocation conditions, which were divided into two groups. 3518 households and 13705 people were relocated in the first batch. Accounting for 29% of the total resettlement population of the city in that year. 3600 households have been built, more than 2300 households have been relocated, and more than 12000 people have moved in. Various basic supporting facilities are under construction.
