Yuehe Street

Yuehe sub district office is located in the central and southern part of Wuxing District, with the famous lianhuazhuang Park and the newly built Yixi park. The sub district covers an area of about 3.6 square kilometers, with a total population of 44661 (2010). Among them, there are 18887 party members, 11 general Party branches, 64 party branches, and 62 administrative and public institutions under the jurisdiction. The street has 12 communities including Yuehe, Nanyuan, majunxiang, jishanyi, jishaner, erliqiao, Sanliqiao, Wenyuan, fuxingqiao, Hudong, railway, donghujiayuan and Hudong Village Community Management Committee. There are 26 staff members (19 civil servants and 7 institutions) in the street organs and the two centers.

Achievement and honor

Since 2008, Yuehe street has made remarkable achievements in various aspects. In 2009, it became the first batch of civilized streets in Huzhou City, and was rated as the advanced unit to create provincial civilized streets. There are provincial civilized communities Wenyuan community (majunxiang community passed the provincial civilized community acceptance in 2010), 10 municipal civilized communities, 2 District civilized communities, 1 provincial harmonious demonstration community (Wenyuan), 5 municipal harmonious communities, 6 provincial full re employment communities. Hudong community was rated as provincial sports demonstration community in 2010. The second Jishan community in 2007 and majunxiang community in 2010 respectively won the first prize of Wuxing district characteristic community.

Tourism and leisure

There are not only professional home decoration markets such as "Baichuan family" and "people's home decoration", but also historical and cultural relics such as Weixi Park, lianhuazhuang Park, qianliu Pavilion, Hubi memorial hall, etc.
