Zhongping Township

Zhongping Township, Wanyuan City, Dazhou City, Sichuan Province, is located in the southwest of Wanyuan City, distributed on both sides of the Shutan river. It belonged to seven districts of Wanyuan County in the Republic of China. Shuanglong Township and Guanyin Township were established in 1950, merged into Shuanglong Township in 1953, changed into commune in 1958, renamed Zhongping commune in 1981, and set up Zhongping Township in 1984.

On June 12, 2020, the people's Government of Sichuan Province decided to abolish Zhongping township.
