Raw materials for steamed squid

Water hair squid 300 grams. Half red pepper, 2 tbsp ginger and 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp garlic and 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp sugar and 4 tbsp soy sauce.
