Mingyue village is located in the southern mountainous area of Mihe Town, 11 kilometers away from the town government, which is one of the few mountainous villages.

Mingyue village has an area of 4.7 square kilometers, a population of 720 people, and five villager groups. The village has a large number of residents, mainly in traditional agriculture, and the young and middle-aged labor force mainly comes from working outside. The village has good vegetation, forest coverage rate is more than 94%, traffic roads have hardened, and there are high-quality mineral water resources. The gross output value of GDP is 2.3 million yuan, and the per capita income is 3200 yuan.

The gate of the scenic spot, the greening of landscape trees on both sides, the small garden and other landmark buildings will be completed soon. At the beginning of 2007, Mingyue village was identified as a forestry ecological village by Zhengzhou City, and the preliminary construction project has been completed.
