Production steps:
Step 1: cut tofu into square slices, beat eggs into a bowl and stir well, then put tofu slices into egg liquid for sizing.
Step 2: pour proper amount of oil into the pan. When the oil is 80% hot, add tofu slices. Deep fry until golden and remove.
Step 3: leave the bottom oil in the pot, heat the oil, add the beef stuffing, stir fry, change color, add the onion, chili sauce, soy sauce, soup, vinegar, sugar.
Step 4: pour in the tofu, stew for a while, taste and collect the juice.
Step 5: after the juice is collected, add carrot and garlic seedlings, thicken them with starch, and then take them out of the pot.

Note: in ancient times, people called tofu "xiaozaiyang", and thought that its tenderness and nutrition could be compared with mutton. Soybean lecithin rich in bean curd is beneficial to the growth and development of nerve, blood vessel and brain; in addition, it contains stigmasterol, which can inhibit the intake of cholesterol.
