Chang'an College of Xi'an University of Electronic Science and technology is a full-time ordinary undergraduate independent college approved by the Ministry of Education (JFH [2004] No. 156), which implements a new school running mode. The college has the independent legal personality. The college is located in the new industrial park of Xi'an high tech Development Zone, adjacent to Xi'an University City in the East and the new campus of Xi'an University of Electronic Science and technology in the south.
