Xu Guanglin
Xu Guanglin, male, Han nationality, was born in March 1962 in Qingcheng County, Gansu Province. He graduated from the Correspondence College of the CPC Central Party school, majoring in law. He started work in July 1981 and joined the Communist Party of China in June 1988.
He is now a deputy county-level cadre of Qingcheng county Party committee in Gansu Province.

On March 31, 2013, after the study of the Standing Committee meeting of Qingyang municipal Party committee, it was decided that Comrade Xu Guanglin should be the Deputy county-level cadre of Qingcheng county Party committee.
