Yuan Wenge, male, Han nationality, was born in September 1968 in Wuhan, Hubei Province. He has a bachelor's degree in engineering and is a senior engineer. He began to work in August 1990 and joined the Communist Party of China in March 1993.

He is now the general manager and legal representative of Hainan Tianya water industry (Group) Co., Ltd.
