Stewed chicken wing root with potato
Introduction:
"Dried potatoes are probably found in Northeast China. In winter, many people in Northeast China like to stew some meat with dried potatoes. The taste is very wrong ~ ~ but it is estimated that people in the south are not used to this kind of dishes with strong taste ~ ~"
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the wing root and chicken feet with water (originally there was no chicken feet, but someone at home liked to chew it, so I added a few, and the taste was very good)
Step 2: boil water in the pot, blanch the chicken legs after boiling, and blanch the dirty things
Step 3: wash the blanched wing roots with hot water, remember it's hot water ~ ~ cold water will make the meat tight and not easy to taste~
Step 4: the dried potatoes have been soaked all night. It's easy to cook
Step 5: pour proper amount of oil into the pot, heat the oil, pour in the wing root and chicken feet, and stir fry!
Step 6: fry for two or three minutes, add dried potatoes, scallions, garlic, soy sauce, pepper noodles, stir well (these three chicken feet are really happy to say.)
Step 7: add water until the dried potatoes and chicken are ready. Add star anise and white sugar (a small spoon of white sugar is enough to make it fresh and bright)
Step 8: stew for more than 20 minutes, then it's cooked and out of the pot~~
Step 9: close up
