Production steps:

Step 1: wash and soak peanuts! Wash chicken feet, remove nails, add proper amount of cornstarch, a few pieces of ginger, a little soy sauce, cooking oil, salt, sugar, cooking wine and marinate for about 10 minutes.

Step 2: put the right amount of cooking oil into the frying pan with high heat, pour the pickled chicken feet in and fry for a while

Step 3: add peanuts, add two bowls of water, wait for the water to boil, simmer for two or three minutes with medium heat, then simmer for ten or twenty minutes with low heat!

Step 4: after 20 minutes, open the lid. If you feel it's not tasty enough, add some raw powder and soy sauce! Stir well and finish! It's OK to stew chicken feet with peanuts!
