Production steps:

Step 1: appropriate amount of Pleurotus ostreatus, wash and tear into strips. Tender tofu, boiled in hot water, cut into small pieces.

Step 2: put the oil in the pan, pour in Xiuzhen mushroom and stir fry for a while

Step 3: after a little water, pour in the bean curd, bring it to a boil, cover the pot, add some salt, and simmer for a while (the time depends on the amount of water in the pot, about 1-2 minutes)

Step 4: before you go out of the pot, you can add chives and wolfberry.

Salt: right amount

Note: 1. Tofu should be used after cooking, because it is easy to spread when the tender tofu is fried, so it won't be used after cooking. This dish doesn't need to be stir fried too much, but in order to make the tofu heated evenly, it still needs to move. 2. Chives and wolfberry can be added according to my preference. I prefer to put chives, which is refreshing. But for children to eat, add wolfberry, just appear lively, bright color, children like. 3. There are mushrooms in this dish. It's delicious without monosodium glutamate.
