Production steps:
Step 1: mix corn flour and white flour, add yeast and water to form a soft dough, ferment twice at room temperature, and then stir again
Step 2: dry clean the grapes, wipe off the water, cut the cherry and kiwi into small pieces, and cut the red dates in half
Step 3: apply a layer of oil on the bottom and around the eight inch cake mold to facilitate the final demoulding
Step 4: take half of the dough and lay it in the mold

Step 6: lay the other half of the dough flat

Step 8: put it into the steamer for two times
Step 9: steam for 30 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for about 3 minutes before opening the lid

Note: the dough should be soft. I use an eight inch cake mold. The steaming time should be a little longer
