Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: raw material drawing

Step 2: wash raisins in warm water

Step 10: brush the egg liquid on the surface, put it into the oven, 180 ~ 200 ℃, 15 ~ 20 minutes

Note: freezing before baking is the key step to make Sikang crispy
