Production steps:
Step 1: mix the mung bean flour and glutinous rice flour evenly, steam them in a steamer for about 20-30 minutes (later I used huihuiren's microwave method, which is very good. It only takes 5-6 minutes to save time)
Step 2: mix honey, sugar, sesame oil and a small amount of water together and stir well (sugar is best not to use white granulated sugar). Pour the steamed mung bean powder and sugar water together, put on disposable gloves, I knead and knead and mix well
Step 3: use the mold to make the moon cake and press it down to form (brush some oil on the mold for demoulding)
Materials required:
Mung bean powder: 200g
Glutinous rice flour: 5g
Honey: right amount
Sugar: right amount
Sesame oil: appropriate amount
Note: that's the end, but I think the mold or something is not clean, so I put on the steamer again, and steamed the steamed buns together for a while (OK ~ the steamed buns are not good-looking, the first time, but it's very practical, my stuffing is leftovers at noon ~ ~ ~ roar, and the school canteen) ~ ~ cool after steaming, blow!
