Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: slice the meat, chop the tofu, shred the scallion and set aside;
Step 2: pour proper amount of oil into the pot, add shredded green onion and stir fry until fragrant;
Step 3: add tofu after the meat changes color;
Step 4: add appropriate amount of soy sauce;
Step 5: add 2 bowls of water;
Step 6: after boiling the water in the pot, add appropriate amount of salt, stew with medium heat, stir the pot with a shovel from time to time, do not stir, so as not to break the tofu;
Step 7: add starch to thicken the soup before it comes out of the pot. When the soup is concentrated, add appropriate amount of monosodium glutamate for seasoning, and stir evenly with a shovel to turn off the fire;
Step 8: out of the pot, plate.
