Fried bean curd with celery
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare materials.
Step 2: cut dried bean curd into slices; remove celery leaves and leave stems, clean and cut into sections equal to dried bean curd; shred green onion and ginger, and shred red pepper.
Step 3: add oil to the frying pan, add in the pepper granules, stir in the fragrance, and take out the pepper granules.
Step 4: stir fry onion and ginger until fragrant.

The ninth step: Kwai Chi.

Thirteen spices: appropriate amount
Zanthoxylum bungeanum: right amount
Soy sauce: right amount
