Production steps:
Step 1: dice pork, add wine and egg white, mix well.
Step 2: put a little oil in the pot, add minced garlic and pork dice, stir fry quickly over low heat to get the flavor. (Note: be careful not to fry minced garlic black, or you may have diarrhea.)
Step 3: add the prepared sweet flour sauce and soybean sauce and stir fry. Pour in half a bowl of water and stir well. Cook the sauce over low heat for about 3-4 minutes. When the sauce is a little thick, it can come out of the pot. (I make it for one person, so if you make it for 3-4 people, you need to make more seasoning, put more sauce and cook it for 10 minutes.)
Step 4: after boiling the noodles, take out the noodles. With fried sauce and according to your favorite side dishes (boiled shredded cucumber, soybean sprouts, carrot)

Noodles: right amount

Cooking wine: 2 teaspoons
Egg white: right amount
Sweet flour sauce: 40g
Soy sauce: 40g
