Guokui double cooked pork

Production steps:
Step 1: cook the pork in a pot.
Step 2: cool the cooked pork and slice it.

Step 4: soak and wash Auricularia auricula and tear it into small pieces.

Scallion: 10g
Ginger: 5g
Peanut oil: 30ml
Meijixian: 15ml
Soup: 30ml
Note: add some scallion, ginger and salt to the pork when cooking.
