Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash lotus seeds and Lily, soak in water for 1 hour.
Step 2: wash the lean meat and cut it into thick slices or granules.
Step 3: Boil the water in the pot, blanch the meat slices after boiling, and take them out.

Step 5: pour in the soaked lotus seeds and Lily.
Step 6: pour water over the ingredients.
