Fried rice with beef, pickles and vegetables

Fried rice with beef, pickles and vegetables

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: the night before, take the beef out of the freezer to thaw... Fresh beef is the best

Step 2: cook rice. I cook 2 cups of rice and divide it into 3 portions

Step 3: when you are not hungry, you can start to prepare, salted beef, salt, black pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, rock sugar, honey (depending on personal preference, don't put it if you don't like it too sweet, but the beef is slightly sweet, and the rice is very spicy). Remember to stir it by hand, and wear disposable gloves

Step 4: start to prepare vegetables, because there are few vegetables. Use spinach to make salad, lettuce is round, shred, soak in water; cut carrots; take out frozen corn kernels for preparation

Step 5: start cooking when you're hungry

Step 6: pour in the oil, heat the pan, and then pour in the beef; when the meat is almost cooked, pour in the carrot (because it is difficult to cook); then pour in the spinach, lettuce and corn kernels; then pour in the pickle (the pickle in the bag is cut, so there is no need to cut it again)

Step 7: when the carrots are cooked well, pour in the rice and stir fry them. Because there are beef and pickles, there is no need to add extra seasoning

Step 8: stir fry the rice evenly and then remove; pour in the oil and fry a poached egg; if you like spicy, you can add a spoonful of Korean chili sauce to make it more delicious
