Making steamed bread with different patterns

Making steamed bread with different patterns

Introduction:

Production steps:

The first step: adjust a piece of white dough: add the yeast and the right amount of water into the flour, then make it into a soft and hard dough and then ferment.

Step 2: mix a piece of purple potato dough: after steaming, peel the purple potato and beat it into mud, then add appropriate amount of yeast and a small amount of water to mix it into dough and ferment it for standby

Step 3: the fermented purple sweet potato dough is divided into small dough of the same size. I made eight of them, and kneaded each dough round for standby

Step 4: after the white dough is fermented, do the same as the purple dough.

Step 5: take a white dough and roll it round

Step 6: put the purple potato dough on the white dough

Step 7: wrap it up, close it up and squeeze it tightly.

Step 8: place the dough with the mouth down, and then cross the dough surface with a sharp knife (the surface of the blade is stained with dry powder)

Step 9: make a steamed bread with purple sweet potato and put corn leaves on it. Wake up for a while. I wake up for 15 minutes.

Step 10: put the steamed buns in the steamer and steam them. After 20 minutes, turn off the fire and cover them for 5 minutes. You can eat the fragrant steamed buns.
