Lean meat and vegetable porridge
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash the rice, add a few drops of sesame oil, stir and soak for 30 minutes.
Step 2: marinate lean meat with salt and cooking wine for 20 minutes.
Step 3: cut carrot, lettuce and scallion into small pieces; 3 pieces of ginger into large pieces.
Step 4: add 1.8-2 liters of water to the pan, depending on the consistency you like.
Step 5: put in the thin meat. The white foam floating on it should be skimmed out with a spoon. The meat will form large pieces. Divide them into small pieces with chopsticks or spoon.
Step 6: after the meat is cooked (i.e. discolored), add ginger and rice.
Step 7: turn down the heat after boiling and cook for about 40 minutes. At this time, the fragrance of rice and sesame oil came to my nostrils. I had too much appetite.
Step 8: add carrots 10 minutes before turning off the heat.
Step 9: add lettuce

Lettuce: 3 slices
Lean meat: 40g
Scallion: right amount
Ginger: 3 tablets
Sesame oil: 4-5 drops

Cooking wine: 3-5ml
Note: in the process of cooking porridge, if the water is not enough, do not add water in, otherwise the final porridge is not sticky, I have made such a mistake.
