Production steps:

Step 1: clean the grapes, pick out the damaged grapes so as not to affect the taste, drain to no water, crush the grapes and put them into a container without oil and water.

Step 2: add rock sugar after 24 hours.

Step 3: look like three days later.

Step 4: after a week, observe whether there are obvious bubbles on the bottle wall, if not, separate the grape residue from the original liquid for secondary fermentation.

Step 5: two months later.

Note: Dingdang's first recipe is a bit messy. I hope you can have a good taste. This wine was made two months ago under the influence of my aunt.
