Production steps:
Step 1: add appropriate amount of water and flour into dough, cover the basin with plastic film and let it stand for 1 hour
Step 2: start washing dough
Step 3: wash until the water is clear and there is only one piece of gluten left
Step 4: set the lotion for several hours
Step 5: scoop out the water above, and the remaining flour paste can be used to make cold skin
Step 6: prepare a flat chassis, scoop a spoonful of flour paste and spread it evenly
Step 7: Boil the cold water in the pot. When the water is about to boil, put the plate in, cover the pot and steam. About 2-3 minutes later, the pulp will bubble
Step 8: This is steamed cold skin, transparent
Step 9: the same method can steam out more than one cold skin and put it on the plate. Brush a little oil on each dough to avoid adhesion
Step 10: cut cold skin
Step 11: just mix the seasoning

Garlic: right amount
Zanthoxylum bungeanum: right amount

Soy sauce: moderate
Note: seasoning can be added according to their own preferences, sesame paste, chili oil and so on. I use them to cook Chinese prickly ash.
