Production steps:
Step 1: wash the fresh soybeans;
Step 2: boil water in the pot;
Step 3: put the peas into boiling water and cook for three to five minutes until they are unripe;
Step 4: drain the hot water immediately and soak it in cold water with ice to keep the shell green;
Step 5: after cooling through, use scissors to subtract the two ends of soybeans;
Step 6: pour the bittern into the container containing soybeans and immerse the soybeans;
