Production steps:
Step 1: wash the amaranth, remove the roots, and cut the garlic into minced garlic
Step 2: in a hot oil pan, add half of the previously cut garlic and stir fry until fragrant
Step 3: add amaranth and stir fry
Step 4: stir fry the amaranth until soft. Add a bowl of starch water to make the amaranth ripen faster. Add salt, vegetable essence and cooking wine to stir fry
