Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: slice pork liver, sausage, lean meat, shredded ginger, chopped green onion and coriander, washed pearl rice and set aside.
Step 2: bring the water to a boil, pour in the pearl rice, bring to a boil over high heat, then bring to a boil over low heat for 25 minutes.
Step 3: add the sausage, pig heart, shredded ginger, pig liver and lean meat.
Fourth step: last seasoning is added to coriander and chopped green onion.

Note: pork liver needs to be cooked thoroughly, and it should be thinned when cutting; vermicelli should not be cooked in advance, so as not to lose the aroma of vermicelli; the time of making porridge can be adjusted according to your own taste, and the longer the time, the more viscous it is.
