Introduction:

"When you get up and see snow on the trees, it may be too cold to go out to buy vegetables in the middle of last night. If there are chicken feet in the refrigerator, quail eggs will come out to cook."

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare 8 chicken feet, 10 quail eggs, green onion, ginger and garlic chicken feet, boil them in a cold water pot, pour in cooking wine, then boil them, pour out dry water

Step 2: saute onion and ginger powder in hot pot with cold oil

Step 3: pour in chicken feet quail eggs and stir fry until the skin of chicken feet is yellowish

Step 4: pour in cooking wine, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp sugar, 5 spice powder and salt, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat for 20 minutes

Step 5: add garlic vinegar half a teaspoon, heat up to collect juice

Step 6: fill the basin

Note: saute onion ginger powder to low fire, be careful of scallion scorch. At first, I want to cook 15 chicken feet together. If I can't eat, I cook 8 chicken feet. I don't put monosodium glutamate and it's very fresh
