Production steps:
Step 1: peel the pumpkin, cut it into small pieces and steam it in a pot. (I steamed a lot of water before, but I didn't buy gauze this time, so I put a layer of safety film on it, but it's not easy to cook.) I bought the bean paste in the bakery.
Step 2: after steaming the pumpkin, I use a rice spoon to press it into mud (adding preservative film is too slow, but I force the water out, not as much as the previous time). After pressing it into mud, I put some sugar in it, which will be a little sweet.
Step 3: after the pumpkin paste is cooled, slowly add the glutinous rice flour and stir until it doesn't stir, then you can knead it into a dough.
Step 4: cut one third of the dough into long strips, cut it into small sections, flatten it with the palm of your hand to form a small circle, roll it thin with a rolling pin, add the bean paste filling, seal, round and flatten it.
Step 5: put the bread bran into the plate and press it gently so that the bread bran will not fall down easily. (in fact, the previous steps are similar to making dumplings, which is easier than making dumplings
Step 6: deep fry in oil pan and finish. (in the process of frying, it's not easy to burn, it's easy to fry.) after I finished, I ate several at once, which was really delicious

Pumpkin: 1000g
Glutinous rice flour: 500g
Bean paste: 400g
Bread bran: right amount
Sugar: right amount
Note: the pumpkins bought in the market are not as sweet as they were when they were young, so we should add some sugar when pressing mud, because there is not much sugar in bean paste filling. If there is no filling in it, I suggest adding more sugar.
