Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients, dried corn noodles
Step 2: soak the noodles in water for about eight hours, rub them open by hand and wait for cooking
Step 3: after boiling the water in the pan, put the soaked noodles in the pan and cook for about a minute and a half or two minutes. After the noodles are cooked, add some cold water to prevent the noodles from sticking together
Step 4: dice the pork, chop the scallion leaves and chopped scallion, 2.5 TSP soy sauce
Step 5: heat the oil in the pan, stir fry the diced meat, then add the scallion to stir fry the flavor, then add the soy sauce, a small amount of water, stir fry over medium low heat for about one minute, add the chopped scallion, turn off the heat and serve
Step 6: take out the noodles and match them with the meat sauce. A bowl of simple northeast fried noodles is ready,

Note: corn noodles are unique in Northeast China. They are hard when they are dry. After they are softened, they are boiled by hand. The noodles are sticky. It's not like the usual noodles. When they are cooked and put in a while, they will be lumpy, so you should add some cold water to prevent them from sticking together
